Capital of Britain

Connectivity

London is incredibly well-connected, with five international airports and the high-speed Eurostar rail link. More than 50 countries are within a three-hour flight time and upwards of 300 international destinations have direct links to London.

"Leader Development for NATO Multinational Military Operations"

The workshop (HFM-369) is open to representatives of NATO nations.

 

 Registration deadline: 19 April 2024

Overview:

Held in the 75th anniversary year of the NATO Alliance, this workshop aims to advance thinking and cooperation on leader development for NATO multinational military operations. It follows the publication in late 2022 of the HFM-286 technical report, which will be validated and disseminated at the workshop. The programme will include a series of expert speakers and working group sessions providing the opportunity to explore a range of issues affecting leader development. This will include a focus on contemporary operations such as Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the influence of technology and the social and cross-cultural skills needed to lead in a NATO context. The workshop will provide a foundation for networking opportunities and the development of a leadership community of practice within NATO.
