HFM 53rd Panel Business Meeting

By invitation of Estonia, the 53rd HFM Panel Business Meeting will be held in Tallinn, Estonia, from Monday 08 April to Thursday 11 April (12:00) 2024. This meeting is for HFM Panel Members and associated partners only.

To enroll, you will need to login with your STO event credentials or create an account if you do not already have one. After login, you will see at the bottom of this page the green button book, click on it and you can start to enroll.

The General Information Package (GIP) will be visible and ready for download on this website after your registration has been validated by the CSO HFM office. Once you receive a confirmation email, you can view the event details. There is a link underneath the map to the General Information Package (GIP).  

Please adhere to the deadlines specified in the GIP for hotel reservation (11 March 2024) as well as enrollment into STO Events (24 March 2024). 

Please answer all the questions when making your registration.

SOCIAL EVENTS

Ice Breaker: Participants and their partners are kindly invited to attend the Ice Breaker on Monday 08 April 2024 at the Estonian War Museum in Viimsi Manor. The reception includes a guided visit of the Museum.

Gala Dinner: a Non-Hosted Gala Dinner will be organized on Wednesday 10 April 2024 at the Castle Glehn for 40 Euros per person.

Enrollments will be closed on Sunday 24th March 2024, please make sure you register on time. Registration won't be re-opened past this deadline due to administrative concerns.
