54^th HFM Panel Business Meeting

Amsterdam, Netherlands, 23 -25 October 2024

By invitation from the Netherlands, the 54^th HFM Panel Business Meeting will be held in Amsterdam, Netherlands, from Wednesday 23 October to Friday 25 October (12:00) 2024. This is an invitation to HFM Panel Members and associated partners only.

To enroll, you will need to login with your STO Events credentials or create an account if you do not already have an existing one. After log in, scroll down to the HFM event and you will see at the bottom of this page the button “Book now”, click on it to start to enroll.

The General Information Package (GIP) will be visible and ready for download on this website after your registration has been validated by the CSO HFM office. Once you receive a confirmation email, you can view the event details. There is a link underneath the map to the General Information Package (GIP).  

Please adhere to the deadlines specified in the GIP for hotel reservation (21 August 2024) as well as enrollment into STO Events (6 October 2024). 

SOCIAL EVENTS

Ice Breaker: Participants and their partners are kindly invited to attend the Ice Breaker on Monday 21 October 2024. 

Symposium Dinner: Participants and their partners are kindly invited to attend the Symposium Dinner on Tuesday 22 October 2024.

HFM Panel Cultural Tour and HFM Panel Dinner: Participants and their partners are kindly invited to attend a boat tour and the Panel Dinner on Thursday 24 October 2024.

Attendance to all Social Events is free of charge. In order to participate, it is mandatory to enroll by answering all mandatory questions during the registration process.

Enrollments will be closed on Sunday 6 October 2024, please make sure you register on time. Registration won't be re-opened past this deadline.
