A Lecture Series is a two-day educational event that is organised at three different locations. Lecture Series aim at disseminating state-of-the-art scientific or technical knowledge (often, but not necessarily, based on the findings of a Task Group) among wider and less specialised audiences than Specialists Meetings. The Lecture Series Director is responsible for the programme. Lectures are provided by the Lecture Series Director and up to four Lecturers. Lecture Series are combined with a STO report (Educational Notes), which will be made available before the first Lecture Series session.
